4. How Cash Back Works
Where Cash Back is offered on our site, the following general principles apply:

This click-through creates a "Shopping Trip," which allows the retailer or affiliate network to track your purchase and report it back to us for the purpose of crediting Cash Back to your account.
Cash Back is calculated based on the rate displayed at the time of your qualifying purchase, applied to the net sale amount (i.e., after taxes, shipping, and other applicable fees are excluded, unless stated otherwise).
Cash Back is not guaranteed until the retailer confirms and reports the transaction to us. Retailers may reject, reverse, or adjust transactions due to returns, cancellations, or other reasons, which may affect your Cash Back balance.
We reserve full discretion in determining whether a purchase qualifies for Cash Back.
5. Highest Cash Back Guarantee
If you complete a Cash Back eligible purchase through Catchthedeal.ai and later find that another platform offered a genuinely higher Cash Back rate for the same retailer at the time of your purchase, you may notify us within 24 hours of completing your purchase. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, may match or adjust the rate accordingly. This guarantee does not apply to promotional or one-time rates offered exclusively to select members of a competing platform or to rates from paid membership or credit card reward programs.
6. Eligibility
To use our Cash Back program or any account-based features on Catchthedeal.ai, you must:
